10th Anniversary

April 2009 brings the 10th Anniversary of the Signing of the Charter twinning Peebles and Hendaye. It has been suggested by the Twinning Committee of Hendaye that a delegation from Peebles visit Hendaye to mark this occasion. When the committee have received a formal invitation and details of the proposed visit these details will of course be posted on the website.
